The Local Government Unit of Liloy, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Roberto L. Uy Jr., successfully conducted a two-day orientation on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) on January 30-31, 2025.

The event, spearheaded by the Human Resource Office in collaboration with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Dipolog, was held at the ABC Hall, Legislative Building, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.

CSC Dipolog, led by Director Atty. Jerry N. Mayormita, facilitated the orientation, equipping LGU personnel with valuable insights and strategies to enhance performance management within the local government. The SPMS framework aims to foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement in public service delivery.

Mayor Roberto L. Uy Jr. emphasized the importance of effective performance management in achieving LGU Liloy’s development goals. He expressed his gratitude to CSC Dipolog and all participants for their active engagement in the training.

The successful conclusion of this orientation marks another milestone in LGU Liloy’s commitment to upholding excellence in governance and service to the people.
