The event was participated by the members of the ICT council, and representatives coming from the academe, local government unit, national government agencies, and private sector.

Ms. Stephanie Caragos, the President of the Cagayan de Oro ICT Business Council and the CEO of Syntactics, Inc., served as the resource speaker of the workshop and shared relevant and practical interventions in enhancing the capability of the council.

The participants were given the chance to undergo with focused group discussion and propose their plans and initiatives for the council.

The Enhanced InDev Workshop activity is part of the Philippines Digital Ecosystems Program of the ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB) of the DICT. It aims to boost the digital landscape of a locality by capacitating its ICT council.
