Water Utilities
Water needs of the municipality are being supply by their respective Barangay Water System which is servicing a Level II and Level III type of connection, except The Barangay Fatima, Baybay and Villa Sudiacal, aside from their respective Barangay water system, they were also supply by the two water system, first is the Liloy Water District with source coming from Soliva and Miller springs both located at Barangay baybay, then other one is the ADRA water System which is manage by the LocalGovernment of Liloy, with the source coming form the deg well, also located in Barangay Fatima and Barangay Baybay.
On the other hand, not all Barangay residents were able to avail the facilities above mentioned especially those populace in the rural barangays.
