Today, we held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the upcoming Liloy Evacuation Center, a project granted through the Office of Civil Defense RO IX and to be implemented by DPWH.
This center will be a safe, dignified space for Liloyanos during disasters and emergencies.
The ceremony was led by Atty. Ruel Halanes, OCD Region IX Regional Director, Hon. Mayor Roberto L. Uy, Jr., Hon. BoardMember Venus Uy

Together with our LGU, DRRM, and DPWH team.
This is what it means to build resilience;from rescue vehicles and offices today, to a permanent evacuation center for tomorrow.
