Liloy, has several religious affiliations. The most widespread religion is the Roman Catholic with a population of 34,748 representing 87.28 percent of the total municipal population. This was followed by the United Church of the Philippines (UCP) with a total of 856 or 2.15 percent, Islam with 797 or 2.0 percent and 8.57 percent belongs to the different religious affiliations.
